Work Schedule:

100%, day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:30pm / Every 3rd weekend / Rotating Holidays.

You will work at 1401 E State Street Rockford IL.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. RequiredAssociate's Degree in Business, Finance. Health Information Management or related field. Preferred

 

Work Experience

1 year of experience in a customer service-related field. Required1 year of experience in a healthcare, call center, business, financial or insurance related field. PreferredExperience in providing a high level of customer service. RequiredExperience operating office machines such as personal computers, fax machines, photocopier, and document scanners. Required
