Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am rotating weekends & Holidays coverage a must.
What you’ll do:
Answer phones to manage paging, messaging, and general inquiries.Serve as referring physicians, and the public seeking information about physicians, staff.Provide directory information, assist with inquiries related to staff, clinic services, office hours, and general information.Screen physician calls and determine whether they should be transferred to the office, nurse, or paged.Initiate medical teams for emergency code calls, logging all relevant details, and assist security during disaster or emergency procedures.Support and execute the department’s disaster plan in case of equipment or network failure.We offer our Patient Access Partners

What you’ll need for this job:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· 1-2 years of previous job-related experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to problem-solve by critically evaluating information and implementing effective solutions.A proactive approach to quality improvement and operational efficiency.Experience in a healthcare or similar customer service role is preferred.Compensation
Pay Range: $15.76 - $22.11 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
