While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role. The Patient Access Liaison (PAL) plays a vital role in ensuring patients experience a seamless journey to care. This role focuses on supporting patients through key access steps, removing barriers that could delay therapy, and maintaining visibility into their progress. By partnering across field and internal teams and with customers in-person and remotely, the PAL helps ensure that patients receive timely access to Medtronic’s spinal cord stimulation (SCS), targeted drug delivery (TDD), and interventional pain therapies—while upholding the highest standards of compliance and patient privacy.
