Position Overview The Director, Patient Access Market is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for Patient Access across multiple hospitals. This role ensures operational excellence, meeting all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), financial goals, and process standards. The position manages approximately 5 hospitals and 200 FTEs, driving performance, quality, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities + Direct and execute business processes to achieve SLAs and supporting metrics at each hospital. + Monitor cycle time, productivity, and work product accuracy, including quality metrics. + Collaborate with direct reports to implement operational plans and achieve goals. + Support hospital budget development and manage human resource utilization. + Analyze monthly P&L statements to ensure positive EBIT performance. + Communicate hospital-specific initiatives to regional leadership and manage change effectively. + Provide operational support to other hospitals as needed. + Ensure adherence to standardized processes and foster collaborative relationships across business units. + Supervise interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
