Location: Omaha, NE (Regional Travel Required)

Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 10-hour shifts | Start time 7:00 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking a Precast Concrete Patcher to join a growing construction team specializing in precast concrete repair. In this role, you will travel to job sites and ensure precast concrete panels meet quality standards by repairing surface imperfections and structural openings upon arrival.

You’ll work hands-on with concrete and brick-faced precast panels, performing patching, finishing, and tuck pointing. This position is ideal for construction professionals with strong concrete or carpentry experience who are comfortable traveling and working outdoors in changing conditions.

Key ResponsibilitiesRepair surface imperfections in precast concrete, including air bubbles, holes, scratches, and other defectsPatch and finish precast panels upon delivery to job sitesPerform tuck pointing on precast panels that include brick finishes (training provided)Fill unused electrical outlet openings and other penetrationsCut out minor wall sections for windows, outlets, and installation needsWork closely with a partner while traveling to regional job sitesMaintain quality, safety, and productivity standards at all timesRequired QualificationsMinimum 2 years of construction experience, preferably in concrete or carpentryAbility to consistently lift 50–100 lbsStrong work ethic with a stable employment historyWillingness to travel extensively and work outdoors in all weather conditionsBasic understanding of construction tools and job-site safetyPreferred Skills & ExperienceCommercial construction experienceConcrete finishing or precast concrete experienceFinish carpentry skillsTuck pointing or masonry repair experienceWork Environment & TravelOutdoor work in varying weather conditionsApproximately 80% travel, primarily within:Kansas City areaRural NebraskaSouth DakotaOccasional travel to Minnesota or TexasTravel is completed with another team memberCompany card provided for hotel accommodations$40 per diem for days worked outside of OmahaRequired PPE includes work boots, jeans, hard hat, vest, and high-visibility clothingCompensation & BenefitsTwo additional bonus checks per year, each equivalent to one month’s pay(Work 12 months, get paid for 14)Red Wing boot voucher at 6 monthsCold weather gear voucher at 12 monthsConsistent, full-time work with long-term opportunityWhy Join Our Team?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
