Job Description

The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a refined, high-performing pastry kitchen where technique, creativity, and precision come together. You will support the preparation and execution of desserts, viennoiserie, and pastry elements across our dining venues, contributing to beautifully crafted plates that reflect the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

What you’ll do

Support the day-to-day running of the pastry section

Prepare and present pastry items to consistently high standards

Work closely with senior chefs to deliver creative, seasonal menus

Maintain excellent hygiene, organisation, and kitchen discipline

Contribute positively to a collaborative, professional team culture

What we’re looking for

 

Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, ideally within luxury or fine dining

Strong attention to detail and a passion for pastry craftsmanship

A positive, motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
