Our new restaurant launched in June 2023 is the heart of the hotel eating and drinking experience.

Buzzy and fast paced from morning to late, with friendly and informal service in a landmark address.

Located on the ground floor, we offer a fine casual all day destination, with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park.

We serve a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations and an all-day a la carte menu along with a signature afternoon tea. Our modern British approach, combined with traditional and international flavours creates a simple menu perfect for an everyday treat, casual lunch, business meeting or celebratory dinner.

Hourly rate of £13.39  plus service charge

What will I be doing?

Assist running the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen

Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings

Bring creativity to the pastry offerings

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

 

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Pastry Commis Chef or Apprentice ChefPositive attitudeGood communication skillsAbility to work under pressureProven ability to work with a team and to follow instructionA passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary/hospitality careerProof of completion in a basic food hygiene course

 

ELIGIBILITY

In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must have the eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.Documentation is required at interview stage (for EU Nationals share code requested to check EU Settled/Pre-Settled status)
