Duties and responsibilities related tothePastryChef de Partierole

Ensure that all pastries and desserts are prepared to the highest standards, following the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.Manage inventory for the pastry section, including ordering supplies andmaintainingappropriate stocklevels.Ensure that kitchen equipment and tools in the sectionismaintainedin good working order.Conduct regular stock checks and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

About you

Proven experience in culinary operations,demonstratingstrong leadership and management skills to oversee and inspirethe Pastry section. Possess extensive knowledge ofpastry techniques and presentation skills.
