As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will prepare the bakery products at Monsieur Dior and ensure all items are served in a timely manner to the highest freshness and quality.

What will you do?Execute mise en place, prep, and service for your assigned pastry station with speed, accuracy, and careEnsure every dessert, bread, and petit four meets exact presentation and flavor specificationsMaintain the cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards of the pastry kitchen at all timesCollaborate closely with fellow pastry cooks and the savory kitchen to ensure timing, cohesion, and guest pacingMaintain a strong sense of timing and awareness during service, contributing to seamless kitchen flowParticipate in daily pastry tastings, kitchen meetings, and post-service debriefsUphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellenceBe a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation in everything you do
More about you• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level pastry kitchen
• Mastery of fundamental pastry techniques, precision plating, and station organization
• High attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Passion for pastry, flavor development, and hospitality through your craft
• Familiarity with seasonal ingredients and a curiosity for technique, balance, and innovation
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
