We are currently seeking talented and passionate Chef de Parties to join our Pastry Kitchen at Miraval The Red Sea - a luxury wellness resort committed to mindful living, balance, and exceptional culinary experiences.

What we're looking for:

Creative pastry professionals with strong knowledge of international pastry production, who are driven by innovation, precision, and wellness-focused food philosophy. Ideal candidates will bring not only technical skill but also a deep understanding of natural ingredients and nutritional awareness to support our unique Miraval concept.

Key responsibilities: Execute high-quality pastry production for wellness-focused menus Support the Pastry Chef in daily operations, menu development, and training Bring creative input aligned with international trends and healthy indulgence Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen organization What we offer: Competitive salary Shared accommodation provided as per position code Flight entitlement every 24 months from your home country to Red Sea Global An opportunity to be part of a pre-opening team shaping a world-class wellness culinary experience Qualifications Diploma or certificate in Pastry Arts, Bakery, or Culinary Arts Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Pastry CDP or equivalent role in a luxury resort or wellness-driven property Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, bread, chocolate work, and plated desserts Passion for wellness-inspired, natural, and locally sourced ingredients Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude, calm under pressure, and a genuine team player Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Previous Hyatt or wellness resort experience is an advantage Physical demands Ability to stand and work for extended periods Capable of lifting moderate weights (up to 20 kg) Comfortable working in hot and fast-paced kitchen environments Work environment Based at Miraval The Red Sea, an exclusive wellness resort located on the pristine Red Sea coast Work within a multicultural culinary team dedicated to mindful service and meaningful guest experiences Environment promotes balance, respect, and self-development - reflecting Miraval's core values: Mindfulness, Authenticity, and Intentionality About the Company

Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he purchased the Hyatt House motel adjacent to the Los Angeles International Airport.
