The Pastry Chef is responsible for leading the pastry and bakery team in creating innovative, high-quality desserts and baked goods that reflect Hyatt’s brand standards. This role oversees daily operations, cost control, and team development, while providing hands-on guidance to colleagues. By fostering a collaborative and creative environment, the Pastry Chef ensures an exceptional dining experience for our guests and a positive workplace for our team.

•Minimum 3 years’ experience as Pastry Chef or Sous Chef in a luxury international brand hotel.
•Strong expertise in pastry techniques, chocolate work, bread making, and modern dessert design.
•Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, cost management, and hygiene practices.
•Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
•Creativity and passion for developing unique, trend-forward menus.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both colleagues and guests.
•English communication skills preferred.
