to join our Marketing & Sales Team in Szentendre
What are the requirements for this position?
University/College degree (economical/technical background preferred)
EDM/HUN Market knowledge, Sales or Fleet/EV Sales experience, product marketing and/or Aftersales experience is an advantage
General Sales experience and / or automotive industry knowledge is preferred
Strong product management/SP&D knowledge
Open to learn new products and sales strategies
Good analytical skills
Excellent negotiation skills – able to build new relationships
Category B driving license
Fluent English language knowledge
Computer literate: advanced skills in MS Office applications
Strong inter-personal and presentation skills
Willingness to travel

What will be your roles and responsibilities?
Implementation of EDM Electric vehicle (EV) and Passenger Vehicle (PV) Sales Strategy in the EDM Markets
Act as a primary contact person between Ford and the importers
Represent the company's interest and objectives
Responsible of respective EDM markets and PV/EV topics:
Annual, quarterly and monthly objective planning/setting
Submit VM/FM distribution proposals
Ensuring profit tasks
Industry, segmentation and production allocation planning
Review and follow competitors’ activities. Control/monitor dealers' performance
Deliver the retail and wholesale overall objectives in the respective markets of EDM
Support importer's operation and give ideas how to improve dealer's performance, quality and efficiency in EV and PV business
Follow One Team approach (Sales, Fleet, CV, Finance, After Sales, Credit)
Assure quality and timely reports by Importers/Distributors/Dealers
Responsible for liaison with fleet customers and Ford dealers in EDM
Progress fleet price quotation requests supporting the Fleet team with relevant and up to date pricing information
Maintain accurate and timely fleet quotation and sales records
Negotiate with new business prospects
Regularly visit importers to keep track of retail/fleet activities and plan future actions
Regular travels to the selected markets
