Your activities Be the friendly face that guides passengers from check-in to boarding, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey. Manage check-ins, verify tickets, issue boarding passes, and handle luggage with efficiency and care. Keep passengers informed with accurate flight updates, including delays, gate changes, and cancellations. Resolve passenger concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused approach. Provide specialised support for unaccompanied minors, elderly travellers, and passengers requiring mobility assistance. Collaborate with airport teams to ensure seamless operations and a positive passenger experience. Assist in emergencies and unexpected events, maintaining calm and providing support when it matters most. Use your language skills to connect with international travellers and create an inclusive environment. Your profile Passionate about delivering outstanding, safe, and reliable service. Team-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Calm under pressure, confident, and organised with strong time management abilities. Physically capable of handling luggage and supporting passengers with mobility needs. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Tech-savvy with confidence in using standard airport software and systems. Australian Citizen/Resident with unlimited work rights. Holds a valid Australian driver’s license and reliable transportation. Professional presentation and grooming, reflecting the high standards of our team.
