Chesterfield Trade Parts has an exciting opportunity for a Parts Telesales Advisor to join our brilliant team.

Salary: £26,790 basic | £27,790 OTE
Location: Chesterfield

We have a great team on site committed to delivering a fantastic customer experience and professional service to trade customers. Your daily duties will include:

Handling incoming trade parts enquiries and orders via telephone and online platforms Accurately identifying parts to meet customer requirements Promoting product offers and upselling to grow overall sales Maintaining knowledge of new or updated parts through training and bulletins

What We’re Looking For:

Previous parts experience in a similar motor industry role Ambition and determination to exceed daily sales objectives Strong communication and customer service skills
