Job Description
• Support customers by identifying required parts, researching solutions, and resolving parts‑related issues via phone and email.
• Manage parts requests and orders, including accurate entry, updates, and coordination of shipments.
• Communicate order status proactively, keeping customers informed of delivery timelines and any changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (service, engineering, supply chain) to address complex parts questions and ensure effective resolutions.
• Maintain strong product and parts knowledge to provide accurate guidance and recommendations.
• Deliver professional, customer‑focused service that reflects company standards and strengthens brand reputation.
• Take initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and communicate effectively with all necessary stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks and support team needs as assigned.

Skills and Requirements
• Excellent customer service/communication skills - phone calls and emails
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate several screens and systems simultaneously.
• Need to be able to multi-task in a high paced work environment
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Excellent organizational/time management skills • Experience within automotive industry
• i.e. autozone, advanced auto parts, reillys, car dealership, automotive manufacturers, anything car related will help to understand compressor parts
• SAP Experience
• CRM experience
