· Responsible for parts sales and support for Atlas Copco Compressors in an assigned region.
· Assist customers in parts identification, troubleshooting and order expedition via phone, fax, and email.
· Handle incoming orders, including entry and maintaining/editing sales orders to meet customer demands.
· Provide regular updates to customers regarding orders, including delivery dates and/or any changes in the status of the order.
· Must be willing to prospect Lost Boys over the phone and proactively generate part sales with existing customer base.
· Proactive lead generation will be required. Coordinate order releases, receipts, and shipments.
· Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
· Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
· Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
