From engineered system solutions to high-performance aftermarket support, we deliver cost-effective compressed air solutions tailored to the most demanding environments. **Position Summary:** As an Industrial Parts Sourcer, you will be responsible for locating, identifying, and procuring specialized industrial parts and components for compressors, dryers, blowers, pumps, and cooling systems. You’ll support aftermarket, sales, engineering/fabrication, and service teams with sourcing hard-to-find parts from a wide variety of OEMs and legacy systems. This role is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in parts sourcing, inventory systems, and vendor communication in an industrial or manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Research, source, and procure OEM and aftermarket parts from leading compressor manufacturers such as Kaeser, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Sullair, and more. + Manage inventory levels and identify opportunities to reduce stockouts and obsolete inventory. + Maintain vendor records, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries. + Support quote generation by providing accurate lead times and pricing for specialized or discontinued parts. + Enter purchase orders and manage supplier communications using SAGE 100 (MAS90). + Maintain technical documentation (manuals, drawings, BOMs) and properly file to shared company drives. + Process returns, RMAs, and assist with physical inventory cycle counts and audits. + Collaborate with service and warehouse teams on incoming shipments, quality checks, and order fulfillment. + Communicate with customers on part availability, alternative options, and estimated delivery schedules. + Monitor open purchase orders and follow up regularly to ensure fulfillment deadlines are met. + Assist with warranty claims, vendor non-conformance issues, and special sourcing projects. + Provide backup support for shipping/receiving and inventory control functions as needed. **Qualifications:** + 3+ years’ experience in purchasing, parts sourcing, or inventory control in an industrial environment. + Familiarity with compressed air systems, industrial refrigeration, and fluid/pneumatic components a strong plus. + Proficiency in SAGE 100 (MAS90), Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and manufacturer specs. + Strong communication skills with experience negotiating with vendors and coordinating across departments. + Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple sourcing requests with accuracy and urgency. + Forklift certification or willingness to obtain preferred. + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a warehouse setting when needed. **Bonus if You Have:** + Experience sourcing parts for brands such as Beko, Aerzen, Travaini, Powerex, or Grundfos. + Knowledge of industrial controls or cooling systems like Glen Dimplex/Kollant Koolers. + Previous work in air compressor aftermarket sales, HVAC supply, or OEM distribution environments. **Benefits:** + Competitive pay + bonus structure + Health, vision, dental insurance + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off (vacation, sick, and holidays) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Supportive team culture with long-term growth opportunities **Pay Details:** $23.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
