Responsibilities:\n\nReview parts list against production order for correct parts\nGathers parts needed for order, ensures all parts and part quantities are correct \nEnsures any and all changes are documented and paperwork is adjusted accordingly\nBoxes and ships parts as needed; able to research best shipping options for the order\nPull parts and gets them ready, assembled and checked off for pick up\nWork with contractors on scheduling for parts pickup\nDocuments all overages, shortages and damages; informs Assistant Service Manager of any discrepancies on purchase orders\nWrite damage report of items returned from contractor\nFollows instructions and effectively communicates with Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager\nEnsures all necessary paperwork and documentation has been received, checked and signed\nUse forklift to pull and move product when needed\nEnsures housekeeping in all areas that were visited is completed daily\nFollows all company Safety procedures\nUses computer to record inventory\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nBackground in pulling parts is desired\nMust have Forklift Certification or be able to pass certification\nComputer skills and literacy preferred\nPossesses strong work ethic and be able to complete orders in a fast paced environment; must be able to meet deadlines\nGood decision making and organizational skills\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nAble to take responsibility for own actions and for those on his team\nMust have and maintain excellent attendance record and be safety conscious\nMust be able to prioritize and work independently\nMust maintain good housekeeping\nWill constantly be required to lift 50 lbs regularly\nMust be able to walk at least 90% of the workday\nMust be able to tolerate and function in weather related heat and cold 90% of the workday\n\n
