Job Title: Parts PullerJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Parts Puller, where you will be responsible for efficiently pulling parts from skeletons using magnets and hoists. Your role includes labeling parts accurately, stacking or palletizing them in an organized manner, and ensuring all parts are free from imperfections. You will also move pallets as directed, maintain cleanliness in your work area, and assist in assembly tasks as needed.

ResponsibilitiesPull parts from skeletons using magnets and hoists.Label parts accurately and stack or palletize them in an organized manner.Inspect and clean parts to ensure they are free from burrs, sharp edges, and other imperfections.Move pallets of parts as directed.Sweep floors and maintain a clean and organized workstation.Assist in other departments and assembly tasks as assigned.Maintain and exceed company expectations for productivity, quality, and attendance.Promote teamwork and communication within the team.Essential SkillsExperience in forklift operation.Proficiency in order pulling, inventory management, shipping and receiving, packing, assembly, inventory control, picking, and material handling.1-3 years of experience in a production environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsTrustworthy and safety-oriented.Great attendance record.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment features moderate to high noise levels depending on the specific production area. Temperature fluctuates with the seasons, and employees are regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles, as well as moving parts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairmont, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
