You’ll be responsible for: + Team Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor a skilled parts team to meet department goals and deliver top-tier service. + Customer EngagementResolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a premium experience. + Inventory ManagementMaintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize ROI, with a target of 6–8 inventory turns annually. + Warranty & Returns OversightEnsure compliance with manufacturer policies for warranty parts and returns processing. + Administrative ExcellenceMonitor performance metrics, manage reporting and month-end procedures, and uphold company policies. + Facility StandardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe parts environment that reflects the Porsche brand.
