Porsche St. Paul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Manager to lead our high-performing parts department. You’ll be responsible for:

Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled parts team to meet department goals and deliver top-tier service.

Customer Engagement
Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a premium experience.

Inventory Management
Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand and maximize ROI, with a target of 6–8 inventory turns annually.

Warranty & Returns Oversight
Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies for warranty parts and returns processing.

Administrative Excellence
Monitor performance metrics, manage reporting and month-end procedures, and uphold company policies.

Facility Standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts environment that reflects the Porsche brand.

Who You Are:

Proven experience in automotive parts management, preferably in a luxury dealership setting

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities

Familiarity with manufacturer warranty and return procedures

Comfortable using inventory management systems and interpreting performance reports
