Responsible for managing the sales and distribution of HVAC/Refrigeration parts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and customer relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase profitability and achieve sales targets. Manage the counter sales team and monitor sales activities to ensure goals are met.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and complaints effectively.
· Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate purchasing agreements.
· Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels in 3 warehouses, ensuring that parts are adequately stocked and available for customer orders. Conduct regular inventory audits and manage ordering processes.
· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop sales staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
· Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
· Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels, preparing regular reports for management review.
