Parts Counter Associate Job Responsibilities

Assist customers, service advisors, and technicians with accurate parts identification and ordering. Provide expert recommendations on OEM and aftermarket parts for Cadillac & KIA vehicles. Process orders efficiently using our dealership management system (DMS). Maintain organized inventory, stock shelves, and perform cycle counts. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a seamless parts experience. Support the parts department with shipping, receiving, and warranty processing.
