**Job Description**
We are seeking a bilingual Parts Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish. In this role, you will work in an office environment alongside other parts associates. Your primary duties will include taking calls from customers, ordering parts, and tracking these orders in the system to ensure customer needs are met. The role involves extensive interaction over the phone, computer work, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**
+ Take and manage customer calls regarding parts inquiries.
+ Order and track parts in the system to ensure timely delivery.
+ Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs.
+ Perform data entry and administrative support tasks.
+ Process orders and coordinate dispatch operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Fluency in English and Spanish.
+ Proficiency in customer service.
+ Strong computer skills.
+ Experience in inventory management.
+ Experience in order processing and dispatch.
+ Customer service-oriented approach.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in a manufacturing facility with an open-concept office. You will be part of a team of 15-20 employees, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waconia, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
