Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Onsite
Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to support our maintenance team and assist with the implementation of a new CMMS software system. This role is responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely availability of parts for operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, data entry, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies.Process orders, backorders, and returns accurately and efficiently.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.Respond to inquiries regarding part availability, pricing, and substitutions.Support maintenance teams with parts-related needs and documentation.Maintain organized records of purchases, invoices, and inventory data.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in inventory management and parts coordination.Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with part numbers and inventory systems.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Associate degree or higher in a related field.Experience with CMMS or similar inventory software.Work Environment & Growth Opportunities:This is an onsite role with potential for advancement into a supply chain position, including purchasing and procurement responsibilities. Performance-based pay increases are available upon permanent placement.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
