We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts and Supplies Coordinator to oversee our warehouse operations and end-to-end parts management. You’ll be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that our production, repair, and warranty teams have exactly what they need, when they need it.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will:

Source and place orders for spare parts, accessories, and consumables required. Raise accurate purchase orders and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery.Receive and inspect incoming parts, reconciling them again POs and allocating them to specific production or warranty jobs.Monitor inventory levels of critical parts and forecast demand to prevent shortages while identifying opportunity to reduce surplus/waste.Accurately record all part transactions in our inventory systems, ensuring physical stock perfectly matches digital records.Partner with production and warranty teams to provide real-time updates on part availability and ETAs.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a warehouse, parts coordination, or inventory-heavy role.A solid understanding of computer hardware components and proficiency in inventory management software.High accuracy in data entry and the ability to spot discrepancies in large shipments.A proactive mindset with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.

What We Offer

Permanent Full-Time position with a global leader.Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm (38 hours per week).Murarrie-based office, close to public transport.Opportunity for continuous learning and professional development within the Iron Mountain network.
