Customer Pay RO (Repair Order) Growth Bulk Oil Retention Elite ROs/Bay/Day Growth Warranty RO Duration Reduction Dealer Parts and Accessory Purchase Growth Wholesale Sales (less D2D) Growth – both Mechanical and Collision Ensure RepairLink and CollisionLink performance indicators are communicated weekly and identify opportunities for consultation RIM (Retail Inventory Management) dealer enrollments and compliance Work with lower performing dealerships to increase Fleet/Government coding
Please note this position is based in the Dallas Region – Candidate should be willing to travel 3+ day a week on a semi-regular basis – to include the entire CMA territory as needed.
