Vertu Mercedes Benz of Reading have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Advisor to join our brilliant team!

We are offering a basic salary of £30,900 plus bonus (OTE £33,300) company benefits and overtime opportunities. This is a full time permanent role working Mon-Fri.

We have a great team on site who are committed to providing a fantastic customer experience and are able to offer a professional service to customers. Your daily duties will include predominantly fulfilling parts orders to customers as well as dealing with incoming parts enquires and orders via telephone and online platforms.

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, Utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, Identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, be able to maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Ideally for this role you will have Parts Advisor experience from within the Motor industry or a great technical/mechanical knowledge of cars.
