Salary: £27,500 basic plus company benefits

We pride ourselves on delivering an outstanding customer experience and professional service to our trade customers. As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting this by handling incoming trade enquiries and processing orders via telephone and online platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

Accurately identify parts to meet customer requirements Use product promotions effectively to achieve sales targets Identify and maximise upsell opportunities to grow overall sales Keep your knowledge up to date on new or updated parts through training and bulletins Maintain awareness of special offers, recalls, and catalogue updates

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a similar Parts role within the motor industry Ambition and determination to seek out new sales opportunities Ability to exceed daily parts sales objectives
