What You’ll Do:
Assist customers, service technicians, and sales staff with parts inquiries and orders
Accurately identify and source automotive parts using electronic catalog systems
Process orders, invoices, and returns in a timely manner
Maintain and organize inventory to ensure accuracy and availability
Deliver excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
What We’re Looking For:
Previous parts counter or automotive experience preferred (but not required – we’ll train the right person)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
