Your Role Includes:

Supporting technicians and customers with accurate parts selectionManaging inventory and processing orders efficientlyHandling returns and warranty claims professionallyProviding top-tier customer service in person and over the phone

What You Bring:

Prior experience as a Parts Advisor is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidateBasic understanding of automotive systems and componentsDealership service experience is helpfulAutomotive certifications are a bonusValid driver’s license and a clean driving record
