How you will contribute:

Be the day-to-day contact for our partners across football and entertainment, working alongside our retained agencies to execute our partnership strategy and contractual rights;Develop year-round owned, earned and activation strategies for each partner, aligned to our Cadbury Equity plans to maximise our contractual rights;Lead agency partners to challenge, track and exceed KPIs and deliverables for all partnerships.Execute Cadbury brand guidelines to ensure fresh consistency across all local MDLZ and external partners;Support the Marketing team to deliver ambitious marketing plans through ATL, BTL and instore.Work alongside the Commercial Lead to execute the Partnerships Strategy and marketing plans and to plan for success in short (current year) and mid-term (current +1) across the trade including white space opportunities & ecommWork alongside the Social Media Manager to execute talent and influencer strategies for Cadbury and to develop strategic and tactical collaborations in our owned channels;Join the Brand Experience team and support ambitious digital transformation plans;Work closely with all key stakeholders, including Sales, activation, personalisation, project managers, external agencies and licensees to ensure visibility and passion to driveProvide counsel across all Mondelez brands on current and future partnership opportunities – both locally and overseas;Engage cross-functional team and supports decision making on key strategic planning for partnerships.

What you will bring

Partnership or Rights Holder Management experience in sport and entertainment sector preferable.Strong Marketing experience (brand and agency management, budget and campaign planning)Managing business objectives beyond brand and budgetAnalytics and creativity—a balance of commercial and strategic acumenLeading and influencing teamsCommunicating effectively, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skillsWorking in markets with diverse economic environments a distinct advantage
