About the Role

Drive the development of strategy for Partnership Distribution, special projects and manage business planning, analysis and management & financial reporting

Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive the formulation of overall PD strategy and integrated business plans with sales channelsManage strategic business planning / budgeting / forecasting / sales target settingDrive new partnership business development and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the desired outcomeManage management and performance reporting with insightful analysis and recommendationsMonitor and keep track of business initiatives and provide timely updates and recommendations to the managementObserve market trends, changes and developments to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide ideas and assessment to maximize business strength and opportunitiesCollect and analyze market needs from various sources (e.g. sales, customers, opinion leaders, market statistics and research) with insights for management team to formulate business plan for PDDefine, drive and develop sales incentive scheme for sales channelsAnalyze performance across revenue and expenses lines to identify and explore business opportunitiesManage PD expense and ensure compliance with local budget and expense guidelineCommunicate business directions to PD staff via different platforms to align expectations and increase staff engagement.Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by direct manager and department heads to meet business needs

Job Requirements:

University degree with over 6 years working experience in insurance/financial services, management consulting or corporate strategyQualification of CPA, FSA, CFA, MBA or equivalent would be a plusProven experience in financial analysis, management reporting, strategic planningInnovative, curious and courageous to share insights and propose new ideas in business solutionStrategic and analytical mindset, self-motivated and result-orientedStrong interpersonal and time management skillsAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBe a team playerStrong in MS Excel, PowerPoint, PBI tools for developing financial models, data analysis and management presentationGood command of written & spoken Chinese and EnglishObtain relevant license if job involves in regulated activities
