Partnership Marketing - Activation Intern

Partnership Marketing Intern:

The Partnership Marketing Intern will support the execution and delivery of Life Time’s national sponsorship and media programs. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in project management, client service, and cross-functional collaboration.
The intern will assist with tracking deliverables, coordinating timelines, organizing assets, and supporting day-to-day communication related to partner activations across Life Time’s ecosystem.  

                                                       

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Support project management for partnership activations, including timelines, task tracking, and status updatesAssist with client service support, including preparing materials, recaps, and internal documentationMaintain organized records of assets, deliverables, and approvalsAssist the team with general operational and administrative needs as projects requireHighly organized with strong attention to detailInterested in marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or client serviceComfortable managing multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communicator with a proactive, team-oriented mindsetAssisting in other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Position Requirements

Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college programCurrently maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higherExcellent written communication and teamwork skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong Microsoft Office skillsA passion for Life Time’s mission

PayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $14.25 and pays up to $17.00, based on experience and qualifications.
