Partnership Manager
Partnership Manager Job Category: Business Development and Marketing Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * As Partnership Manager, you will architect and scale high-leverage channels that drive DarkBlue’s market penetration with both government (B2G) and private-sector (B2B) clients. You will recruit, onboard, enable, and, when necessary, offboard partners to ensure a high-performing ecosystem. You will also manage partner licenses, negotiate and administer contracts, and measure success through robust performance metrics. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute partner recruitment strategies to expand DarkBlue’s global channel network • Work with partners who are based in the US and internationally in support of public sector and commercial requirements • Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle: onboarding, training, joint business planning, deal registration, performance reviews, license administration, and offboarding of partners • Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth; collaboratively forecast and report on partner performance • Design and deliver enablement programs: sales playbooks, technical briefs, webinars, and joint demos focusing on dark-web and E2EE use cases (e.g., Telegram) • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to optimize channel engagement and ROI • Negotiate and manage partner contracts, service-level agreements, and licensing terms • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Engineering to align GTM strategies and collateral • Support RFI/RFP responses and strategic capture plans for both B2G and B2B opportunities Qualifications: • 3–5 years of partner/channel management in SaaS or cybersecurity (public-sector experience preferred) • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that deliver measurable revenue • Working knowledge of B2G and B2B sales cycles; familiarity with FAR/DFARS and government procurement processes • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field Desired: • Experience with PRM tools (e.g., Salesforce PRM, PartnerStack) and sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger) • Certifications: GCTI, GOSI, CEH, or AWS Cloud Practitioner (public-sector focus) • Demonstrated ability to engage C-suite and government decision-makers • OSINT analysis or dark-web monitoring experience preferred but not required - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
