**Job Description:**
The Partnership Field Team Agent- West Coast position is core to the partnership at the store level. The position is located in the field, responsible to influence Store, and in some cases District leadership to drive tender shift and in-store execution in order to accomplish/exceed credit goals through. This will be done through building relationships, executing training, and overall education on the benefits of our products. Position will maintain these relationships through effective communication, attending store & district meetings, providing value added tools and insights, and ensure district/regional/national strategies are effectively rolled out to stores.
**Depth & Scope:**
+ Owns a territory of Full Line Stores stores, operating with boots on the ground and shoulder to shoulder with the stores
+ Builds and maintains strong relationships with department, store and district levels
+ Visits stores on-going (based on visit frequency goals), gather insights, provides recommendations based on trends
+ Increases credit awareness of product and processes through education and mentoring
+ Drives application volume and tender share % to meet or exceed goals
+ Reviews store compliance with collateral and processes; communicates any issues
+ Be the Voice of the Store; Complete the feedback loop from the stores on issues, improvement opportunities or concerns
+ Supports marketing execution team initiatives
+ Exceeds customer satisfaction as measured by store engagement impact survey
+ Improves implementation of in-store marketing programs; conduct on-going training
+ Builds excitement and support around the credit program, and TD as the card issuer/partner
+ Attends/supports store opening and relocation events
+ Manages travel budget
+ Maximizes/leverages credit support and commitment at store level
+ Handles day-to-day questions from partnership's store managers
+ Collects market intelligence around best practices and market competition as possible
+ Special projects as assigned
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
+ 5+ years related experience required
+ Extensive travel is required
+ Experience in banking/credit card products preferred
+ Strong communication, problem-solving and decision making skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior managers
+ Ability to build strong collaborative business relationships
+ Ability to think both tactically and strategically
+ Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
+ Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly
+ Customer focused mindset with ability to adjust quickly to customer needs
+ Exception interpersonal communication skills (written, oral, nonverbal)
+ Strong finance business/industry acumen
