to assist the Partnership Enablement Lead with the ensuring that internal partnerships solutions are documented, communicated, and implemented and approved prior to client onboarding, andto provide ongoing exceptional service to clientsWhat will you do?
Partnership Enablement:
Assist Partnership Enablement Lead with developing and implementing new and creative approaches/ solutions for clients in the pipeline, including coordinating and preparing for client meetings, process documentation, business case development, etcAssist with structuring, negotiating, and partnering across the RBC Clear teams and partners to ensure alignment with proposed client solution, product offerings and pricing,Assist with deal pipeline for new partnerships, including executive presentations, client status reports, etcMaintains effective relationships and routines within RBC Clear, clients and various RBC partnersAccount Manager (internal clients):
Reporting to the Sr. Account Manager, you’ll work with a multi-disciplinary team involving training, communication and support to onboard new internal clients, and ensure that the needs of existing customers are metBuilding a trusting and engaging day-to-day relationship with the client, including using critical thinking skills when addressing/ answering client inquiriesResponsible to support internal clients on a daily basis (i.e.: Client inquiries, daily ACH-related client inquiries and confirmations, DOL activities, other client operational activities as needed)Strategic Initiatives
Provide ongoing support to the partnership enablement and/or AM team, regarding process execution alongside the creation, execution, and updating of procedure documentsPlan, run, and provide detailed documentation for both internal RBC Clear team meetings and client meetingsAssist with internal testing for new RBC Clear products to be rolled outWhat do you need to succeed?

Must haves
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field with minimum 2 years relevant experiences in the financial services industryExcellent analytical and communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skills for building trust and coordinating complex projects while managing multiple priorities is an absolute essential.Out of the box thinker (or think on your feet thinker) that can come up with alternative solution to remove roadblocks effectivelyMust be results driven, able to work on multiple tasks and thrive in a fast paced environment.Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Email TemplatesAbility to work as a team, collaborate effectively and take the lead when neededNice to have
