Abbott is looking for a **Partnership and Influencer Lead (O2O)** to drive growth through innovative collaborations with influencers, communities, and commercial partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and social engagement. 📍 **Location:** Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City 📌 **Reporting to:** Marketing Innovation Manager 📄 **Contract Type:** 3rd Party 🕒 **Working Time:** Full-time **🔍 What You’ll Do:** **Influencer & Community Engagement** + Develop and execute influencer strategies across platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.) + Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KOCs, content creators, and community leaders + Identify and engage new influencer talent and community admins aligned with our target audience + Collaborate with internal teams to brief, negotiate, and close influencer campaigns **Strategic Partnerships** + Identify and establish win-win partnerships with brands, platforms, and organizations (e.g., Grab, MyKingdom, kindergartens, nursing homes) + Co-create joint marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, sales, and brand visibility + Explore new partnership models that align with O2O business goals **Campaign Management & Optimization** + Lead end-to-end execution of influencer and partnership campaigns + Monitor performance metrics and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed + Collaborate with internal teams (Content, CRM, O2O Ops) to align on execution and performance acceleration + Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative improvements **✅ What We’re Looking For:** + **5+ years** of experience in influencer marketing or partnership development + At least **1 year** in a similar leadership role + Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Communications, or Public Relations** + Strong network in **mom & baby communities** or **nutrition-related sectors** is a plus + Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems + Proven ability to manage campaigns and build long-term relationships **🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit:** + Self-starter with a can-do spirit and strong relationship-building skills + Social-savvy and confident navigating all major platforms + Excellent communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities + Creative, energetic, and results-oriented with a high sense of responsibility + Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
