Partner Technical Specialist - Territory (PTS-T) - Data Platform

As a data professional, you are passionate about providing solutions to solve data challenges to help organisations to build that trusted data layer, bringing your experience to bear to position IBM software. IBM has a comprehensive Data Platform, with industry leading AI capabilities spearheaded by our watsonx branded AI suite of offerings supporting Agentic AI, AI development platforms and AI governance. Additionally, our Data Platform - Data provides organisations with the capabilities to provide trusted data with open data lakehouse, data intelligence and data integration capabilities. **Your role and responsibilities** * Client Strategy Development: Create strategic plans for clients, focusing on Data and AI solutions. * IBM Data & AI Solution Design: Define practical IBM Data & AI solutions that enhance existing technology stacks. * Capability Demonstration: Deliver compelling, memorable, presentations and demonstrations of IBM Data & AI solutions. * Proof of Concept Delivery: Provide proof of concepts and simplifying technical concepts to ensure client comprehension. * Building Credibility and Trust: Establish credibility and trust with clients, which is essential for closing complex technology deals. * Respond and coordinate RFI/RFP responses * Your role will focus on offerings within the IBM Data Platform portfolio that are underpinning AI. This includes open data lakehouse, data intelligence and data integration offerings. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Change Business Goals Into Technical Solutions: Translating business objectives into technical solutions and offering guidance on technology strategies. * Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven record of influencing a wide range of stakeholders. * Articulating Business Value: Skillfully articulate the business value of our Automation products, ensuring clients to easily see the value of our solutions. * Contributing to Account Strategy: Actively contribute to account strategy, focusing on building continuous business value through IBM and helping to engage our business partners. * Data & AI Market Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in the Data & AI specialty within the Data brand and establishing trust as a valued advisor for clients (training on IBM's Data & AI offerings will be provided).
