**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Partner Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for influencing the partner's technical strategy toward IBM's Technology and growing the capability and capacity of the overall ecosystem. You will work to incorporate and embed IBM technology into partners' reference architectures, practices, and solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Influence Partner Strategy: Coordinate IBM technical expertise to identify, design, and implement valued client-centric solutions that align with IBM's Technology.
• Embed IBM Technology: Work to incorporate and embed IBM technology into partners' reference architectures, practices, and solutions to increase partners' technical capabilities.
• Grow Ecosystem Capability: Focus on growing the capability and capacity of the overall ecosystem by increasing partners' technical capabilities for demonstrating and deploying IBM Technology at scale.
• Collaborate with Partners: Work with partner firms' sales and technical sellers to demonstrate and deploy IBM Technology.
• Design Client Solutions: Identify, design, and implement valued client-centric solutions that meet the needs of clients and partners.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• Exposure to Technical Strategy: Familiarity with influencing technical strategy and incorporating technology into reference architectures, practices, and solutions.
• Experience working with Technical Expertise: Exposure to coordinating technical expertise to identify, design, and implement valued client-centric solutions.
• Understanding of Ecosystem Growth: Knowledge of growing the capability and capacity of an ecosystem by increasing technical capabilities for demonstrating and deploying technology at scale.
• Familiarity with Solution Design: Exposure to identifying, designing, and implementing valued client-centric solutions that meet client and partner needs.
• Experience with Partner Collaboration: Experience working with partner firms' sales and technical sellers to demonstrate and deploy technology.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• Technical Strategy Development: Exposure to developing technical strategies that align with business goals and objectives, incorporating technology into reference architectures, practices, and solutions.
• Ecosystem Growth Strategies: Familiarity with methods for growing the capability and capacity of an ecosystem by increasing technical capabilities for demonstrating and deploying technology at scale.
• Solution Design Principles: Exposure to principles for identifying, designing, and implementing valued client-centric solutions that meet client and partner needs.
