As a Partner Support Manager at Spectrum, you’ll champion business excellence by managing key accounts, collaborating across teams and delivering exceptional support. This role lets you shape the partner experience while advancing impactful solutions for our clients.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Build and maintain strong relationships with master agent and VAR partnersCollaborate with sales, technical teams, order management and other internal groups to ensure seamless account management and partner satisfactionFacilitate strategic business planning sessions and deliver comprehensive business reviews alongside partner Sales ManagersManage order flow, project management, installations and changes to meet partner needs and expectationsResolve complex issues and escalations by researching solutions and coordinating across multiple teamsDevelop and distribute reporting, review processes and procedures and conduct partner training sessionsGuide internal teams in identifying and addressing issues that affect partner accountsWorking Conditions

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience
3+ years of related sales or sales support experienceSkills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesforceCapable of delivering presentations to large groups and engaging with customers internally and externallyProven record of building strong working relationshipsSelf-directed with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectivelyPreferred Qualifications
Experience
