Partner Support Manager, Spectrum Business

How You’ll Make an Impact

Build and maintain strong relationships with master agent and VAR partnersCollaborate with sales, technical teams, order management and other internal groups to ensure seamless account management and partner satisfactionFacilitate strategic business planning sessions and deliver comprehensive business reviews alongside partner Sales ManagersManage order flow, project management, installations and changes to meet partner needs and expectationsResolve complex issues and escalations by researching solutions and coordinating across multiple teamsDevelop and distribute reporting, review processes and procedures and conduct partner training sessionsGuide internal teams in identifying and addressing issues that affect partner accounts

Required Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Experience

3+ years of related sales or sales support experience

Skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesforceCapable of delivering presentations to large groups and engaging with customers internally and externallyProven record of building strong working relationshipsSelf-directed with ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

Account management experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry

The base pay for this position generally is between $70,900.00 and $182,900.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
