Position Summary
We have an opportunity for an ambitious Partner Success Manager to join our Samsung European B2B Channel/MSP team. You will be integral to the fast-growing part of Samsung’s enterprise business in a key role focusing on growing, developing and managing Samsung’s relationship with B2B channel and MSP partners together with the Samsung’s local sales teams. Our partners include a diverse range of MSPs, VARs and carriers who are working with Samsung to provide the Knox managed service to our customers.Role and Responsibilities
The main tasks you are expected to perform include, but are not limited to:
Serve as primary contact between the Samsung Partner program and partners (including MSPs, VARs and carriers), and make sure all benefits are successfully delivered.
Deliver events and workshops to recruit, educate and grow the Samsung partner program jointly with the local sales teams.
Demonstrate Knox solutions & Samsung services to large audiences through demos and webinars.
Develop technical training content (for example KBAs, blogs, and product demonstration videos) to level-up partner’s Samsung solution expertise.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues that arise from partners
Develop strong relationships with Samsung internal stakeholders and key account teams across Samsung business subsidiaries.
Engage directly with key MSP partners through meetings and calls, supporting device and solution adoption strategies and identifying business expansion opportunities
Work directly with MSP partners to understand their business and drive them to build new managed services and device as a service offering utilizing Samsung devices, solutions and services.
Work alongside local account teams in UK and Europe to develop strong relationships with key partners at all levels (technical and business), identifying key decision makers and influencers to create action plans in order to drive success initiatives. (European travel required)
Engage with key partners and keep track of solution adoption and drive new managed services and DaaS offerings.
Analyze key partners and provide valuable insight to Samsung based on the data and information obtained from partner interactions (in the form of research documentation, whitepapers), in order to drive continual improvement and development of Samsung Knox Partner Program for MSPs
Contribute to the ongoing development of our MSP and Channel programs, using your experience, insight and knowledge to make meaningful contributions to building business strategy and commercial growth
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in launching/supporting managed mobility service for large enterprise and SMB markets gained from managed service providers (MSP) background.
Hands-on experiences in supporting Android Enterprise management or similar mobility management platforms in technical levels.
Customer Empathy - someone who is curious about the customer, and genuinely wants to ease their pain points
Strategic thinker - ability to come up with an effective plan for tackling their territory, and see how those fits into the overall company strategy
Analytical thinking – The ability to see and understand trends and patterns through working with multiple MSP partners and use this information to provide valuable insight.

Location and Hybrid Working:
The role is based at Samsung R&D Institute in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey, UK.
Samsung operates a hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote weekly for most roles.
