Partner Sales Manager, Amazon Smart Commerce

We're seeking an experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive SmartBiz's growth through strategic partner relationships, D2C brand acquisition, and service provider management. This role will build and scale our partner ecosystem, enabling D2C brands to succeed on our platform while also onboarding and managing crucial service providers.
Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard, manage, and scale partners to drive adoption of SmartBiz in D2C brands
• Develop and execute partner enablement and engagement strategies
• Create scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, training, and success measurement
• Own partner revenue targets and key business metrics
• Build and manage relationships with partners for D2C ecosystem. Create and implement quality assurance processes for partner performance
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in partner sales/business development
• Experience working with D2C brands, digital marketing agencies, and e-commerce service providers
• Understanding of e-commerce ecosystem and digital marketing landscape
• Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
