Partner Program and Marketing Manager Poland (m/f)

Partner Program and Marketing Manager (m/f) is responsible for implementing the HP Partner Program and channel marketing tools and processes Poland. The person shall apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a Subject Matter Expert.

Responsibilities:

Manage the deployment of HP’s Partner Programs

Direct development of value proposition, integrated solution offering and market positioning to/with/through partner and successfully launch solution in the country (typical partner profile is large partners with majority operations in particular region in the enterprise business).

Develop breakthrough partner strategy and marketing plans, including joint Digital Go-To-Market activities supported by Market Development Funds.

Organize with key stakeholders (Centers of Excellence, Channel Sales Management, Category Management, Alliance Management, Sales Operation, Marketing) the articulation and validation of Channel Partner Marketing and Go-to-market execution plans that support the country game plans.

Support Channel Sales Management with the deployment of Channel Program and Digital Go To Market elements such as target setting, compensation parameters, joint business plans, online business tracking, partner communication, events, webinars, business reviews and reporting.

Leverage and local adaptation of value proposition, channel marketing communication, integrated solution offering and market positioning to/with/through partner and successfully launch the solution in the country

Identify/develop innovative/ breakthrough program metrics/benchmarks.

Establish and maintain execution level relationship to promote HP and partner total solution capabilities.

Manages local agencies to deliver best in call programs for channel partners

Key deliverables/accountabilities:

Lead, develop and measure key company strategic initiatives into partner strategy and channel marketing plans

Successful implementation and follow up of HP partner program for commercial and distribution in Poland

Identify/develop innovative/ breakthrough program and initiative metrics/benchmarks.

Working relationships:

Internal: Poland commercial channel and distribution teams, category and finance teams, CEE channel business marketing team, WW COE teams

External:  Poland commercial partners and distributors, PSA agencies

Education (degree) and professional experience required:

BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years marketing experience in similar field

Partner, sales, industry, channel experience or equivalent.

Experience in virtual team environment

Other requirements:

Fluent English and Polish

Expert knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.

Thorough knowledge of working with large partners and managing product/ service/solution lifecycle.

In-depth knowledge of industry and customer segments and demand generation program.

Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage virtual teams.

Excellent negotiating skills.

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.

Excellent influencing and consensus-building skills.

We offer:

The base pay range for this role is 182,800 PLN to 277,150 PLN annually with
additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically
granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by
the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under
its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility,
working conditions, experience and work location.
