You will help design, implement, and optimize the operational frameworks that govern Gemini App partner engagements. Beyond the day-to-day, you will also drive the long-term success of our partner program. You will play a critical role in partner expansion and scaling. You will lead key team-enablement projects that directly impact our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Identify and implement workflow improvements. Build playbooks to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for vendor teams. + Streamline partner onboarding, enablement, and lifecycle management. Establish approval processes, track performance, and identify automation/AI opportunities. + Generate reports for actionable partner program insights (e.g., performance, health, growth). Support strategic planning with data-driven analysis of the Gemini App partner ecosystem.
