Partner Manager – MSP
Do you want to play a central role in strengthening the relationship between a leading IT distributor and some of the country's most ambitious Managed Service Providers? Do you have experience with Microsoft technology, an understanding of financing models, and knowledge of the tools MSPs use to run their businesses? Then we are looking for you.
About Us
We are a specialized IT distributor focused on value-creating collaboration. We connect manufacturers, partners, and technology – and help MSPs grow through consulting, services, and strategic partnerships.
We are experiencing increasing demand from our MSP partners and are therefore seeking a Partner Manager who has an overview of the entire value chain – from technology and licensing models to financing and the platforms MSPs work with daily.
Your Main Responsibilities
Drive and develop relationships with selected MSP partners
Act as a link between the partner, distributor, and vendor – both technically and commercially
Advice on Microsoft solutions and licensing models (Microsoft 365, Azure, CSP, Intune, Defender, etc.)
Facilitate discussions on financing and subscription-based business models (OPEX, DaaS/HaaS, leasing)
Create value through understanding MSP tools and processes – e.g., RMM, PSA, and portal management
Support the use of Microsoft Partner Center, CSP portals, automation, and self-service tools
Plan go-to-market initiatives, campaigns, and development plans with partners
Ensure ongoing pipeline follow-up and support for technical and commercial execution
We Imagine That You:
Have experience in a similar role in IT distribution, the Microsoft partner ecosystem, or from an MSP
Have technical and business knowledge of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem and licensing structures
Understand financing models (leasing, OPEX/CAPEX) and can communicate TCO/ROI
Are familiar with MSP platforms such as ConnectWise, Datto, Autotask, N-able, Kaseya, etc.
Are a strong networker who thrives in dialogue with technicians, sales leaders, and business developers
Are structured, curious, and eager to become a trusted advisor for our partners
Communicate clearly and professionally in both Danish and English
We Offer
A key role in a strategic focus area with high visibility in the organization
Access to a strong network of both vendors and MSPs
Opportunities for professional development and certifications – e.g., Microsoft or financial understanding
An experienced team with a short path from idea to action
Attractive salary, bonus scheme, pension, health insurance, and flexibility
