Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Partner for our Litigation department who will lead complex civil litigation cases and drive exceptional dispute resolution strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of litigation processes, providing innovative solutions to clients while ensuring the highest quality of legal service. This role is pivotal in shaping the direction of our litigation practice and influencing successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex litigation cases from inception through resolution.Develop and implement effective dispute resolution strategies to achieve favorable results for clients.Guide junior attorneys and staff in case preparation and litigation tactics.Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client engagement throughout the litigation process.Monitor legal developments and trends in civil litigation to inform practice strategies.

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.A minimum of 13 years of experience in litigation with a focus on civil litigation and dispute resolution.Active state bar membership in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of successfully resolving high-stakes litigation cases.Experience in mentoring and developing junior attorneys.Strong negotiation skills and ability to construct persuasive legal arguments.Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.
