Deep expertise of the Android landscape and general back-end with strong influence over product solutions and product roadmap. 2. Finds large scale problems and architects solutions using their own discretion and expertise. 3. Drive the delivery of new projects and/or systems that increase efficiency and scalability of Meta family of apps with minimal oversight. 4. Lead technical strategy and roadmap for long-term strategic partners with high level of autonomy/own and navigate long term technical relationship with partners. 5. Identify risk to Meta and partners, seek to address partner problems independently or in collaboration with internal resources. 6. Strong executive presence and is a sought-after presenter for high profile partner/industry meetings/events. 7. Establish impactful relationships with peers at partner organizations. 8. Architect product solution and scale operational models through tools and process implementation. 9. Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and coaching team members. 10. Domestic and International travel required 20%. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation 12. Requires 5 years of experience in the following: 13. 1. Android development, including implementation of Software Development Kits (SDKs), frameworks, and libraries 14. 2. Mobile and backend programming using Java, Kotlin, and PHP 15. 3. Android Open Source Project (AOSP) development and system customization 16. 4. Android Camera API integration and media processing implementation 17. 5. Android product development lifecycle implementation 18. 6. Version control system management using Git and Mercurial 19. 7. Technical requirements communication and advocacy with external stakeholders 20. 8. Technical project direction and architecture design 21. 9. Code review, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing with junior team members 22. 10.
