The Enterprise Partner team drives Microsoft’s commercial partner business, focused on building and selling Microsoft Commercial Cloud solutions with and through partners to empower people and organizations.
As a Partner Development Manager, you will lead Kyndryl’s Cloud and Artificial Intelligence (AI) performance, with a strategic focus on mainframe modernization and migration. You’ll drive sustainable sales impact through partner engagement and execution, owning the end-to-end pipeline—from opportunity creation and tracking to deal closure. You will gain knowledge in solution selling and influence partner innovation, while developing and executing joint Cloud and AI strategies between Microsoft and Kyndryl. Acting as a trusted advisor and business leader, you’ll build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and collaborate across global teams to accelerate performance, resolve challenges, and unlock transformational outcomes.
